We also encrypt passwords using MD5 Password hashing and ensure our staff are trained to handle your data in a legal and safe manner.
WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES WE HAVE IN PLACE
We have a number of data breach procedures in place once we’re aware of such instances.Our staff know how to escalate a security incident to the appropriate person in our organisation to determine whether a breach has occurred.If a breach results in a risk to people’s rights and freedoms we shall formally report it to the ICO within 72 hours.We will contact our affected customers without delay.

We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site, Hotjar which records users behaviour across the website to allow us to improve the user experience and MailChimp for our email newsletter as we may store a record of your email.
