If your product has hundreds of screens, we can’t cover them all, but more than likely we don’t need to. The biggest problems will arise from the core screens and it’s these we will look to prioritise. We'll determine together during a our initial call which screens will undergo a review to give you the best return on your investment.

The process is not as involved as you might think. We'll start by having an initial call where you'll tell us about your business and walk us through your product. It's important to be open about your current situation, as we'll be actively seeking out the largest issues your product has. For this, we need a heavy dose of realism from all participants.

In addition, we'll need you to share login credentials for a trial account. We also expect you to stay in touch throughout the process in case we have any questions.

Finally, you'll need to set aside some time to review the work and process the findings. After the review, feel free to schedule a Q&A session so we can answer any outstanding questions you may have.

The UI audit doesn't include any actual 'design work'. We're helping you avoid mistakes costing you customers by identifying and resolving critical design flaws within your SaaS product.
